Your Role: Business Credit Advisor

You will play a key role in helping small business owners succeed by guiding them through the process of building business credit. Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence.

You will:

  • Consult with clients primarily over the phone and email to provide professional guidance on credit strategies.
  • Use online systems, including CRM tools, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior experience is a plus but not required).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to empower our clients and drive long-term growth.

We will provide training on business consulting and credit strategies, but ask the applicant to have the following skills:

  • Strong communication skills: Friendly, clear, and professional on calls.
  • Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required.
  • Customer-focused mindset: You genuinely want to help clients succeed and grow their businesses.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable juggling multiple online systems simultaneously.
  • Team player: You collaborate well and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace.
  • Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required.
  • Available to work 8-hour shifts during US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM to 7 PM ET).
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with us.
