Family Empowerment Associate

This is not your typical sales or customer success position. You'll be working with real families and their human problems, empowering them to access care.

We're looking for passionate and empathetic individuals to join our mission to redefine healthcare and deliver exceptional care without compromise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower Families: Manage the family training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and support best-in-class clinical training.
  • Uplift Our Families: Guide families through the healthcare maze and be their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Be a critical voice for collaboration to advance our mission.
  • Build a Thriving Community: Help coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events, seminars, and conversations that empower families to rely on one another.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn).
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
