Job Overview

We seek experienced professionals with exceptional skills in capturing and analyzing information during meetings. The primary responsibility of the ideal candidate will be to meticulously document discussions during client meetings, assigning tasks to various teams, ensuring follow-ups, and overseeing the implementation of action items.

Responsibilities
  • Attend and take notes during client meetings.
  • Update and maintain meeting notes in files.
  • Track calendars for scheduled meetings.
  • Prepare necessary documents before meetings.
  • Communicate and follow up with other divisions on action items.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.
Schedule
  • Pacific Standard Time (45 hours/week)
  • Two days off during weekdays.
  • Location: Remote.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of notetaking, transcription, or copywriting experience.
  • Graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable university.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Good written communication skills.
