The role of a High-Level Administrative Support Specialist involves providing top-tier support to executives and management teams. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless information flow, coordinating meetings, and overseeing office operations.
Main Responsibilities- Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Scheduling & Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, take minutes, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Manage daily tasks, arrange travel, and maintain office supplies.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor expenses, prepare reports, and ensure accurate financial records.
- CORPORATE COMMUNICATION: Prepare internal and external communications, screen calls, and distribute correspondence.
- Client Outreach: Develop relationships with potential clients through targeted marketing efforts.
- Research & Data Analysis: Conduct research, create detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to executives.
- Filing & Organization: Maintain an organized filing system and ensure office administration runs smoothly.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Resourceful problem-solver and detail-oriented individual.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Adaptable to new processes and willing to undergo training.
