Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead our global compensation and benefits strategies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

This is an individual contributor role requiring a deep understanding of compensation and benefits best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal/external market analysis, participating in global compensation and benefits surveys, and partnering with Global Compensation and Benefits team in process management of global merit, bonus and equity cycles.

  • Conduct thorough market research to develop pay ranges and align strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Analytics to design and implement data-driven dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including benefits administration for the APJ region.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition on competitive offers and provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
