Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in overseeing the data, processes, and controls that ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Expertise: Lead the preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.
  • Data Security: Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Employee Support: Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.
  • Document Control: Maintain sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
  • Process Documentation: Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Analytics and Insights: Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
  • Finance Partnerships: Partner with Finance teams on accruals, reporting, and operating cadence.
  • Performance Metrics: Calculate and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as subject matter expert on sales compensation, providing expertise and strategic guidance to stakeholders.
