About the Role

This position involves contributing to ADI's Total Reward Strategy, ensuring compensation programs and country-specific benefits are competitive, sustainable, and scalable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving value through global offerings and evaluating compensation programs for competitiveness.
  • Supporting system configuration and testing, communication, and program analytics during the annual Focal/year-end compensation planning process.
  • Identifying appropriate solutions and course of action on all compensation and benefits-related matters as a trusted advisor to country management and HR Business Partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources or a related field, with at least 7 years of compensation and benefits experience. Strong project and time management skills, mastery of Excel, and proficiency in HR information systems like Workday are required.
