We seek a highly skilled professional to fill the Enterprise Support Specialist position. This role requires strong technical and business acumen, with a focus on delivering high-quality support services for corporate Dynamics environments.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Dynamics platforms and systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, technical procedures, and user guides to support business processes and applications.
- Adhere to change management processes for any changes or updates to the environments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience in information technology.
- Deep understanding of corporate Dynamics environments and ancillary systems.
- At least 2-5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics for large enterprises.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
