Vivid Money is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our mobile banking app.

About the Role
  • Answer customer inquiries via chat and email, providing them with helpful guidance and solutions
  • Act as our customers' voice by sharing their feedback and reporting issues
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to drive product improvements
  • Represent Vivid Money and build trustful relationships with our customers
Key Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good observational skills for process and product improvement
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes
  • Availability to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break
