We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients worldwide.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via chat, email and phone
- Resolve support tickets from initiation to closure
- Evaluate issues and escalate to subject matter experts when necessary
- Update knowledge bases (FAQs, user guides) based on recurring issues and product updates
- Review and refine AI Bot responses to enhance support function performance
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ticket Management: Log, track and resolve customer tickets efficiently, ensuring seamless hand-offs for complex cases
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix issues, implementing changes based on client feedback
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork: Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms
