This role focuses on creating a pipeline of qualified sales leads and booking discovery calls through effective outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all incoming leads, prioritizing tasks and setting next steps for optimal results.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels to engage prospects.
- Qualify potential clients against set criteria, documenting interactions and determining the best course of action.
- Maintain consistency in branding while personalizing communication approaches tailored to each prospect's persona.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy by regularly updating stages, fields, tasks, and activity logs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sequences, leverage content effectively, and optimize EDMs.
- Provide weekly reports detailing activities, meetings, show rates, and qualified leads per brand.
- Organized and efficient execution across brands and products.
- Consistent creation of high-quality pipelines and successful meeting conversions.
- Effective qualification and discovery processes.
- Clear and professional communication tailored to each prospect's needs.
- Strong CRM hygiene and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong persuasive communication abilities.
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred), with expertise in handling objections.
- Highly organized individual capable of adapting quickly between contexts.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and call software.
