Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming leads, prioritizing tasks and setting next steps for optimal results.
  • Develop and execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels to engage prospects.
  • Qualify potential clients against set criteria, documenting interactions and determining the best course of action.
  • Maintain consistency in branding while personalizing communication approaches tailored to each prospect's persona.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy by regularly updating stages, fields, tasks, and activity logs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sequences, leverage content effectively, and optimize EDMs.
  • Provide weekly reports detailing activities, meetings, show rates, and qualified leads per brand.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred), with expertise in handling objections.
  • Highly organized individual capable of adapting quickly between contexts.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and call software.
