E-Commerce Partnership Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply and wholesale agreements.
They will also manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers and meticulously maintain and update product catalogs including complex multi-tiered pricing structures.
Additionally, they will coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products monitor day-to-day platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in procurement sourcing or supplier management preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to confidently manage professional relationships via phone and email.
- Strong analytical skills with a talent for identifying trends and working with data.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets Google Sheets Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently in an offshore capacity.
