Key Responsibilities

The E-commerce Programme Manager will be the strategic expert responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an online business while having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Key to success is a strong track record in E-Commerce management and proficiency in both Microsoft and Google applications. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.

  • Oversee and monitor brands on the e-commerce platform ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain and update existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received from a ticketing system.
  • Add/update items, customers, and locations in the ERP system through the web interface and synchronize this information into the E-Commerce system.
  • Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent E-Commerce related website elements to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers.
  • Work with our partner network to coordinate the integration and testing of templates/products on the partner's systems.
  • Prepare implementation reports and certificates.
  • Manage deadlines on E-Commerce site builds and help resolve maintenance requests.
