Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Assistant will support online sales operations by managing product listings, assisting in promotional activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of e-commerce strategies across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity in promotions, and adaptability to fast-paced digital retail trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist in developing and executing online marketing strategies (e.g., vouchers, discounts, bundles).
  • Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to improve store visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency across online channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent online service.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to recommend growth strategies.
  • Support campaign execution, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing Management or any related course.
  • With 6 months to 1 year of experience in E-commerce Marketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Can work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Willing to work on-site in South Caloocan City.
  • Can start immediately.
