We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful F&B Procurement Specialist to support and elevate our purchasing operations for premium, high-volume restaurant environments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of upscale food and beverage procurement, solid experience in supplier negotiation and coordination, and thrives in the fast-paced demands of top-tier hospitality operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and negotiate with trusted suppliers and distributors for high-quality food, beverage, equipment, and specialty items

  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and standards-aligned purchasing for all restaurant locations

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through accurate forecasting and coordination with culinary and operations teams

  • Track and manage purchase orders and deliveries, resolving any discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns

  • Evaluate supplier performance, pricing trends, and market shifts to identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vetted vendors, focusing on premium products and reliable service

  • Conduct regular reviews of product quality and consistency, ensuring alignment with brand standards

  • Oversee documentation related to food safety, sourcing certifications, and quality compliance

  • Collaborate with chefs and department heads on seasonal needs, special orders, and menu-driven sourcing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience in upscale restaurants, hotels, or multi-brand F&B groups

  • Solid knowledge of imported and specialty ingredients, kitchen equipment, and restaurant supply chain systems

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of handling multiple suppliers and deadlines

  • Skilled in cost control, vendor negotiations, and contract terms

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory or procurement platforms

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across culinary and operations teams
