Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the discovery process and converting qualified leads into successful service engagements.

You will oversee the end-to-end student-instructor matching process, from reviewing intake insights and evaluating instructor fit to coordinating assignments, updating systems, and tracking key service metrics to ensure timely, high-quality placements and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward the appropriate educational services.
  • Execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage, including follow-up calls, emails, and SMS outreach.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by consistently updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools to track lead progress, intake milestones, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey and share insights that support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with high-touch clientele.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
