Senior RevOps Analyst Position

This critical role forms part of our finance operations team, playing a pivotal role in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex support issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of critical inquiries.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Analyze and process escalated revenue operations support tickets, leveraging in-depth knowledge to adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Coordination: Manage designated escalation channels to facilitate efficient communication and issue resolution.
  • Training: Develop and lead training sessions or refreshers for team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Performance Feedback: Provide timely and constructive performance feedback on team members to inform coaching or commendation.
  • Support Resource: Act as a backup resource for tier 2 and tier 1 tickets as required.

Schedule Flexibility: The ideal candidate should be open to adjusting their shift schedules as needed.
