We are looking for a dynamic Finance Senior Manager to lead our team in the Asia-Pacific region and drive our financial strategy and operational excellence. What You'll

Do: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Oversee the annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, and strategic planning processes. Manage and review complex financial reports and consolidated reporting packs.

Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring compliance with financial policies. Coordinate daily team activities and set clear performance expectations. Lead special projects and prepare impactful presentations for senior management.

Foster a collaborative environment and influence stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. What You'll

Need: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with 5-8 years of relevant finance experience. Proven leadership skills in staffing, training, and performance management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
