We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager to elevate our employer brand presence globally.
Key Responsibilities- Global Employer Branding Strategy: Develop and manage the global employer branding channel strategy, including careers sites, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms.
- EVP/ Brand Development: Create and maintain Employer Value Proposition (EVP) playbooks, ensuring alignment with business goals and local market nuances.
- Global Events & Representation: Organize and lead global employer branding events, representing the company at industry conferences, career fairs, and other strategic engagements.
- Employee Advocacy Programs: Lead and scale employee advocacy efforts to amplify our brand organically.
- Feedback & Strategy Optimization: Gather and analyze internal and external feedback to continuously refine and evolve the employer branding strategy.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate closely with global teams focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Wellbeing, and Sustainability to ensure employer branding efforts reflect and support these strategic pillars.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or related fields.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience managing global campaigns and working across cultures.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and branding platforms.
