Product Development and Partnerships Manager

Job Description
We're looking for a highly skilled professional to manage our product development and partnerships efforts. As Product Development and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through effective product development and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product development and partnerships strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of strategies and optimal customer experience.
- Design and implement new product variants and offers, marketing programs, promos, and incentive programs.
- Effectively communicate product vision and strategies to stakeholders, Business/Product Heads, and Channel Heads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management and project management, preferably from the banking or fintech industry.
- Detailed understanding of different areas of CASA/Payroll business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Tools (moderate to advanced Excel skills / advanced PowerPoint skills).
- Ability to work independently as well as with a group or across cross-functional teams.
