Documentation Specialist Role

Our team is seeking a skilled documentation specialist to simplify complex processes and maintain high-quality documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience in writing technical documents, and familiarity with documentation software.

This role involves updating existing documentation, documenting escalation procedures, transforming complex processes into simple steps, and reviewing and enhancing existing articles for accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ensure seamless knowledge sharing by documenting escalation procedures.
  • Review and refine existing articles to guarantee accuracy and clarity.
Requirements:
  • Tier III employee or higher.
  • Meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Good attendance record.
  • Ability to work from any location.
  • Flexible 8-hour schedule between 6 AM - 5 PM Central Time.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with documentation software like Confluence or similar.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
