Job Overview

This is a highly skilled role that requires expertise in systems administration, network troubleshooting, and Microsoft products. As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, remote access, and onsite for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: You will troubleshoot server network issues including Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Dell, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, and SonicWall hardware.
  • Microsoft Product Expertise: You will have expertise in Windows Server, Azure, cloud computing platforms, and desktop operating systems/hardware.
  • Citrix Environment Management: You will manage Citrix environments including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler products.
  • Active Directory Setup and Management: You will set up, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory.
  • Virtualization Technologies: You will design, implement, and support virtualization technologies.
  • Enterprise Storage Systems: You will work with enterprise storage systems.
  • Office 365 and Azure Administration: You will administer Office 365 and Azure services, including migrations and license management.
  • Firmware and OS Patching: You will manage device firmware and OS patching across multiple platforms.
  • Technical Documentation: You will create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
