Job Opportunity: Remote Senior Support Engineer

The position requires a technical professional to provide exceptional support and solutions in managing and optimizing technologies for clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud infrastructure, Azure, M365, and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor and manage incoming alerts and incidents in a 24x7 support environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues and provide expert guidance to colleagues.
  • Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent future issues and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, and M365 services.
  • Excellent customer focus, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SharePoint Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM, Mimecast, Netskope, VMWare, and SolarWinds would be advantageous.
