Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Support Representative to join our team at an Australian tech startup on a transformative mission to democratize design and ignite creativity through an AI-powered platform.

This role involves leveraging technology to build processes that enhance efficiency and developing self-service opportunities for a seamless customer experience. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and guiding users through complex problems, collaborating with technical teams to resolve platform-related issues, and continuously enhancing speed and efficiency to provide customers with the best experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users by answering their questions coming through various channels
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities
  • Troubleshoot common issues such as login problems, user-reported bugs, and billing/payment queries
  • Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve platform-related problems
  • Continuously improve speed and efficiency to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of the product and issues that commonly arise
