Human Resources Liaison Specialist

The Human Resources Liaison Specialist plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to employees and management. This critical position serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to employee inquiries and transactional services with excellent communication skills.
- Supporting managers and employees with policy and navigation inquiries, transactions such as employee personal data changes, job data changes, promotions, demotions, salary changes, performance management, learning, severance, tax inquiries, exit/termination, and leave of absence.
- Creating/referencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions.
- Meeting SLAs for timeliness and quality in handling queries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Adept in HR helpdesk environments.
- Ability to work with onshore partners and escalate high-priority cases.
- Familiarity with compliance and quality guidelines.
