The Payroll Specialists is responsible in managing employee payroll. These include consolidating timesheet information and calculation pay according to hours worked and other factors like overtime or holiday pay etc. S/he is also responsible for computing the right amount for taxes, government contribution and other employee pay benefits.

  1. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

  2. Provide clerical support to the HRMO

  3. Perform payroll functions:

a. Process employee wages, taxes, and deductions accurately and on time.

b. Manage payroll records meticulously while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

c. Prepare payroll reports and tax documents.

d. Update payroll systems with employee status changes.

e. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

f. Stay updated on payroll laws for compliance.

g. Collaborate with HR and finance for accurate payroll data.

  1. Resolve employee inquiries and payroll-related issues promptly.

  2. Acts as a liaison between the organization and government institutions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.)

  3. Conducts or assists with newly hired employee orientation.

  4. Assists with planning and execution of company events.
