IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Job Summary:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our global users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining the integrity of our IT systems.

About the Role:

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and remote access tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network problems
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, assets, and problems
  • Administrate user access in various company systems
  • Ensure adherence to IT Security policies

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Hardware troubleshooting, and common enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience in managing users and groups in Azure Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and policy enforcement
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service delivery process knowledge
  • Experience in SharePoint or a similar platform will be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of Networking, Hardware, and ITIL
  • Experience in using Jira
