This role is critical to ensuring our business leader stays focused and effective by managing communication, tasks, and follow-ups. Key responsibilities include:


  • Maintaining an organized inbox by reviewing, prioritizing, and tagging emails.
  • Executing administrative tasks such as pulling reports, drafting emails, and managing follow-ups.
  • Providing daily summaries outlining completed and pending tasks.
  • Utilizing folders, tags, and lists to manage and track assignments.
  • Ocassionally handling personal errands like scheduling or research.
  • Uploading and organizing files using a remote desktop system.
  • Responding to emails on behalf of the business leader as needed.
