This role is responsible for managing contracts and automating processes to ensure efficient contract processing and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process internal agreements, master service agreements, and contract amendments through approval workflows
  • Review and redline contracts, draft legal summaries highlighting key terms, risks, and relevant points
  • Manage contracts within a contract management system, including creating templates, folders, directing files to appropriate locations, and performing other typical day-to-day system operations
  • Set up and maintain automated workflows in ContractBook or similar platforms, with experience in comparable systems being beneficial

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Law degree with 3+ years experience working with commercial contracts
  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills
  • Extensive experience operating within contract management systems
  • Proven experience setting up no-code automations in contract management systems
