About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
  • Managing and maintaining contract templates, repositories, and related documents.
  • Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records of contractual agreements, renewals, and terminations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and drafting.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
