Job Title: Contracts Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, procurement, and quantity surveying.

Job Description:

  • Review and execute issued contracts, service agreements, purchase orders, and other awarded contracts.
  • Endorse Supplier/Contractor's Progress Billing in accordance with contracts provision and internal policies.
  • Review Project correspondence / Claims / EOT / C0 / VO and assist project team for evaluating responses and action.
  • Co-manage all Project Contracts and interface with third-party providers.
  • Review project progress / tracking and assist project team for budgeting / scheduling and cost control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant program).
  • Experience in contracts management.
  • Knowledgeable in procurement.
  • Knowledgeable in quantity surveying.
  • Experienced in transmission facilities and infrastructure projects.
  • Renewable or conventional power plant experience is a plus.
