We are seeking a Contract Management and Automation Specialist to join our team. This specialist will be responsible for managing contracts, automating workflows, and ensuring efficient contract processing.

Job Description:

This role involves managing contracts from start to finish, including creating templates, organizing files, and setting up automated workflows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management systems and no-code automation setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process internal NDAs, MSAs, and contract amendments through approval workflows
  • Review and redline contracts, draft summaries highlighting key terms and risks
  • Manage contracts within the contract management system, including creating templates and folders
  • Set up and maintain automated workflows in contract management systems
Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a law degree and 3+ years of experience working with US law firms. You should also have excellent written communication skills, extensive experience operating within contract management systems, and proven experience setting up no-code automations.

Preferred Qualifications:
