Job Summary

This is a specialist role that involves the preparation of essential documents and contract drafts. The primary goal is to maintain accurate records, create relevant documentation, and manage client expectations by adhering to standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and drafting contracts in accordance with established procedures
  • Identifying and ordering property searches required for clients based on property type and location
  • Building rapport and trust with clients throughout all stages of communication
  • Gathering personal and confidential information from clients and encoding it appropriately
  • Communicating progress updates to relevant parties within the team
  • Creating and/or updating records with new files and information
  • Meting performance targets and completing tasks daily
  • Providing accurate service fees and charges to clients and creating invoices for disbursements
  • Ensuring compliance with established procedures
  • Performing other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with legal concepts and documentation
  • 1-2 years direct customer contact experience with Aust / NZ, US or UK customers
  • Ability to anticipate needs of team members and clients, and self-initiative to meet those needs
  • Strong written and verbal skills for regular communications with various stakeholders
  • Critical thinking skills and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Efficient - able to handle multiple demands while remaining flexible and adaptable to change
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications
