Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in healthcare roles.

The successful candidate will be confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates. They will also be proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles
  • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Recruitment experience in healthcare roles
  • Confident on the phone and great with follow-ups
  • Skilled at closing candidates
  • Proactive and self-managed
  • Able to juggle multiple roles at once
