Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

We're looking for an experienced leader to oversee our talent acquisition strategy, drive growth, and shape the future of our organization.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Lead and manage a high-performing recruiting team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting management
  • Proven track record of hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships across diverse candidate pools
  • Experience with both inbound recruiting (branding, postings) and outbound sourcing (headhunting, outreach)
