Talent Acquisition Expert

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and talent acquisition functions for all affiliated companies. This includes managing recruitment strategy, optimizing applicant tracking systems, supervising a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and ensuring all workforce needs are met in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

This position plays a key role in developing long-term workforce planning strategies, executing high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns, and driving continuous improvement within the talent acquisition process. The manager interfaces with leadership across operations, HR, compliance, and finance to ensure the right talent is brought on board efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and support the talent acquisition team
  • Design and implement scalable, inclusive, and industry-aligned recruitment strategies
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition creation to offer letter issuance
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and applicant pipeline conversion
