Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer support and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Lead Generation; promotional industry experience is preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other similar software.
