Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and streamlining operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Operations Management: Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software; quickly learn new software and understand how programs interact.
  • Data Analysis: Knowledge of social media native platform features and analytics. Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, optimize email flows, and create high-performing landing pages.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in ecommerce management, exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. They will also have expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, and their ecosystem, as well as experience managing social media shops and analyzing customer feedback.

  • Proven track record of at least one year of success in ecommerce management.
