About the Role:

Lexie Staffing And Business Consulting is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and resolve inquiries efficiently. This role will involve being the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through solutions, analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, promote ongoing customer relationships, and loyalty.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions, update customer information, and prepare reports on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • With or without BPO experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
