Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service tools (CRM Systems, ticketing systems)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Taglish proficiency is a plus)
  • Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
