Bilingual Remote Operations Specialist

This role is a remote position that requires strong organizational and technical skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and proficient in English and Spanish.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management: Input and update data in spreadsheets and CRM tools, validate datasets, and maintain organized records.
- Lead Generation & Scraping: Research qualified leads, use scraping tools to build lead databases, and organize leads for outreach.
- Outreach & Welcome Calls: Send personalized messages, schedule and conduct Zoom calls, introduce the company, and gather feedback.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, organize emails and documents, and assist with operational tasks.
- Ad Campaign Support: Support campaign launch, tracking, reporting, and ensure data accuracy.
- Documentation & Reporting: Track lead statuses, log outreach insights, and prepare weekly reports.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in virtual assistance, lead generation, or administrative roles, with a high school diploma required and additional education a plus.
