Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems
  • Utilize knowledge bases and training resources to provide informed answers to customer questions
  • Adhere to all required scripts, policies, and confidentiality protocols
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Stay current on program updates through ongoing training and team meetings
  • Meet all attendance and schedule requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. communications, business)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task, stay focused, and work independently
  • Team-oriented with a positive, customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support
  • Experience working on state or federal programs
