Full-Time Remote E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of our website and maintaining a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
- Optimize product listings and content to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock availability and delivery
- Develop and maintain initiatives for PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries
- Experience with content, product, and inventory management
- Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel
