Job Title

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via a hiring platform
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in a database and spreadsheet
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, training resources, and team communication
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
