As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients' hiring initiatives.

You will leverage advanced technology and data to deliver recruiting solutions, working closely with clients to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and set new benchmarks for recruitment excellence.

The Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this exciting opportunity, you will serve as the go-to expert for recruiting systems, workflows, and data accuracy, ensuring seamless operations across the entire talent pipeline.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure reporting precision and compliance
  • Lead optimization of our ATS Greenhouse, improving workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details
  • Partner with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and enhance collaboration through smart system use

What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level including user management, approvals, and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
  • A data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate insights into action
