Responsibilities:- Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using tools and resources as necessary.
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including notation of accounts as required.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Answer billing questions by explaining components of customer accounts.
Requirements:

- Using script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service.
