Operations Specialist Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support e-commerce operations and ensure seamless execution across multiple functions. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Amazon shipment processing and reconciliation, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales and inventory data, and providing regular weekly updates.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Amazon shipment processing and reconciliation
  • Optimize product listings and ensure accurate customer-facing information on Fulfillment by Amazon items across multiple brands
  • Analyze sales and inventory data
  • Support supply chain strategies by maintaining consistent communication with internal teams and external partners
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Coordination, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management); experience with shortages, setting up shipments, and chargebacks is a plus
  • Understanding of e-commerce and retail in a virtual environment is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Work Environment
