Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and organize project documentation, such as contracts, reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.
  2. Assist in preparing and distributing project-related material, presentations, and communications.
  3. Monitor and record corresponding corrective and preventive actions/measures required from each audited project site.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events for the PMO and project teams, track action items from meetings, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion.
