About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and work with a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage schedules, calendars, and itineraries to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and meetings.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Gather data, conduct research, and analyze information to inform business decisions.
- Manage confidential documents, files, and databases with precision and discretion.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and communication within the team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO, etc)
- Bachelor's degree or any certificate course (required)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained
