We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill this administrative role.

Job Description

This position involves providing administrative support, handling emails, submitting invoices, and managing records.

  • Handle incoming calls and provide general assistance
  • Submit invoices into the designated accounting software
  • Handle email correspondence with tenants regarding rent increases
  • Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2 years of office experience (preferably)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
